BlackBrew is a hard rock / heavy metal band that is based in Southern
California and formed in 2009.  BlackBrew consists of Kurt Loun (Lead Vocals),  Mike Ikona (Drums/Percussion), John Guy (Bass Guitar),  Daryl Hernandez (Guitar) and Rocco Cretacci (Guitar)!

BlackBrew combines classic hard-rock roots with up-to-date creativity and energy to create music that is diverse, yet always appealing to the listener.  BlackBrew is primarily influenced by bands such as Alice In Chains, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Faith No More, Nightwish and Pantera.

All Access Magazine has stated that BlackBrew is a “powerful” live band whose vocalist Kurt has a “masterful tone distinctly his own”.
